Frequently Asked Questions about Assessment, Counselling & Treatment

A: Further 10% discount is offered to OAPs, retired and serving members of the armed forces, students, individuals in receipt of DWP benefits and the unemployed. This discount can also be offered for long-term counselling.
Q: When can I have an appointment? A: Appointments are available on Monday to Thursday evenings and on Saturday for your convenience. It is your responsibility to attend on time as sessions will end according to the pre-booked time. As there is no formal waiting area other private clients may be waiting to be seen.
Q: How can I pay for my session(s)? A: Secure and simple payment through PayPal is preferred in advance for convenience (please see 'Contact for Help Today' page). However, payment by cash or cheque with a recognised banker's card is also acceptable at the end of your appointment. A refundable £10 booking fee is kindly requested in advance to secure a private consultation at a mutually convenient time. This goes towards paying for your consultation and covers administration costs in the event of non-attendance or late cancellation (less than 24 hours).
