Q: When can I have an appointment? A: Appointments are available on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 6-8pm and on Saturday afternoons from 12-2pm for your convenience.
Q: How can I pay for my session(s)? A: Secure and simple payment through PayPal is preferred in advance for convenience (please see 'Contact Us for Help Today' page). However, payment by cash or cheque with a recognised banker's card is also acceptable at the end of your appointment. A £10 booking fee is kindly requested in advance in order to book a private consultation at a mutually convenient time. This goes towards your consultation fee and also covers administrative costs in the event of non-attendance or late cancellation (less than 24 hours).
Potential clients must be able to give consent to specialist assessment and treatment prior to their initial consultation.
I Am Counselling reserves the right to refuse to see clients whom it believes would not benefit from talking therapy and treatment.
